60-day money-back guarantee

Try your Havello Home product as directed for 60 days from delivery. If it is not right for you, contact us at info@havellohome.com with your order number. Opened and used products are eligible, including products purchased in a bundle. You may contact us sooner, or when your 60-day trial ends; you do not need to request a return before completing the trial.

Return authorization

Please contact us before sending a return. We will provide authorization and the correct return address. Keep the product, included accessories and packaging for the authorized return. Do not send items to the supplier, manufacturer, business address or an address on the parcel unless we instruct you to do so. Ship an approved voluntary return within 14 calendar days after authorization, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Return postage and fees

You pay return postage for a satisfaction return. Use suitable protective packaging; a tracked service is recommended. There is no restocking fee, and we do not deduct shipping advertised as free. Any separately paid original shipping is non-refundable except where required by law.

Refunds

After receiving your authorized return, we refund the amount actually paid for the returned product, including applicable tax, to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bundle refunds reflect the discounted amount paid. Your bank may need additional time to post the credit.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos, where reasonably available, help us investigate. Retain the item and packaging. We will provide the appropriate remedy, including a replacement or refund where applicable, and cover necessary return costs when the issue is our responsibility. Your rights for defective or misdescribed goods are not limited by this voluntary guarantee.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation or an address change. We will try to help before dispatch, but cannot guarantee processing can be stopped. For a change-of-mind exchange, request an eligible return and place a separate order.

Your statutory rights

Mandatory consumer guarantees, cancellation rights and refund protections take priority over conflicting terms in this policy. Earlier purchases retain any more favorable terms offered when ordered.
