These terms apply to use of the Havello Home store and purchases made through it. Havello Home, we, us and our refer to the seller operating this store. Read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Contact info@havellohome.com with questions.

Using the store

You must have legal capacity to make a purchase, or use the store with a parent or guardian where permitted. Provide accurate order and contact details. Do not use the store unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or submit malicious material. Keep your account credentials secure.

Orders and prices

Availability, prices and offers may change before an order is placed. The amount and currency displayed at checkout apply to your purchase. Shipping and taxes collected by us are shown before payment. We may limit quantities or refuse an order for a reasonable reason such as suspected fraud, unavailability or an obvious pricing error. We will notify you and promptly refund payments for orders we cancel. We will not increase the price of a paid order without your agreement.

Product information and use

We aim to describe products accurately. Screen settings can affect colors; minor packaging changes do not excuse materially inaccurate descriptions. Read and follow the supplied instructions, electrical requirements and precautions before use. Use the product only as directed. Product descriptions are general information, and individual experiences may vary.

Delivery, returns and cancellations

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy explain processing, delivery estimates and our voluntary return offer. Statutory cancellation, refund and consumer guarantee rights continue to apply. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Promotions

Promotions apply under the terms shown with each offer. Quantity discounts depend on the qualifying quantity purchased. Discounts do not combine unless expressly stated. A one-time purchase does not enroll you in a subscription.

Store content

The Havello Home name and store content are owned by us or used with permission. You may use the store for personal shopping. Copying or commercially exploiting content requires appropriate permission except where allowed by law.

Service providers and privacy

Shopify and other providers support payments, hosting and delivery. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply to their services. External links do not imply control over or endorsement of all external content. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by product misuse or unauthorized account use. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud, applicable product safety obligations and mandatory consumer guarantees. These terms do not reduce remedies for goods that are defective or not as described.

Concerns and updates

Please contact us so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not prevent you from contacting a regulator, using a lawful payment dispute process or bringing a claim in an available court. We do not require mandatory arbitration or waive non-waivable consumer rights. If a term cannot be enforced, the remaining terms apply where permitted. Updates apply to future use and purchases and do not remove rights attached to earlier orders.
